This policy explains what ENDURE (“we”) collects when you use endurelegacy.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we need to make and deliver your order.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought.
- When you pay: card details go directly to our payment processor. We receive a payment confirmation, never your full card number.
- When you join the list: your email address, and the color and size you were looking at, if any.
- Automatically: your cart is saved in your own browser so it survives a refresh. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
We don’t currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To make, ship, and support your order.
- To send order and shipping updates.
- To send list emails, if you joined. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the store:
- our payment processor, to take payment;
- our production and shipping partner, which needs your name, address, and phone to make and deliver your order;
- our email provider, to send you messages;
- our hosting provider, which runs the website.
We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal reasons. List emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@endurelegacy.com. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you have rights under that law, and we honor these requests for every customer.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections, and we limit access to your information. No method is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
