Timing

• Production: up to 10 business days. Each piece is printed to order.
• Delivery: usually 3 to 7 business days after it ships.

We’d rather tell you the longest it takes than the shortest. If your order is running later than this, we’ll email you a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Free on every US order. No minimum.

Where we ship

Addresses in the United States. We don’t ship internationally yet.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number.

Address problems

Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an address error, email us and we’ll work out getting it to you.

Lost or damaged

If tracking says delivered but it isn’t there, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the delivery date. See returns for how we make it right.
