Every piece is printed to order, so we can’t restock returns. Instead of a returns desk, we make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send anything back.
Fit promise
If your first ENDURE. tee doesn’t fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make you a new one in the right size, free. Keep the first one or pass it on. One fit exchange per customer. The size guide is the best way to get it right the first time.
Change of mind
Because each piece is made for you, we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If you change your mind before your order goes into production, email us as soon as you can and we’ll cancel it for a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
