These terms apply when you use endurelegacy.com or buy from ENDURE (“we”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products
Every tee is made to order. We show colors and measurements as accurately as we can, but screens vary and measurements can differ by up to 1 in (2.5 cm).
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order. Where sales tax applies, it’s shown at checkout. If a price is listed in error, we’ll contact you before your order is made, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, you’ll get a full refund.
Shipping and returns
Shipping times and costs are on the shipping page. Returns, refunds, and our fit promise are on the returns page.
Our content
The ENDURE name, designs, photos, and text on this site belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
